COVID-19 VS Open Homes

We hope you are well. In light of the current global climate and government regulations, we, The BNH Team wanted to inform you about the precautions we are taking to ensure the safety of all clients and staff. Below we have outline to pre-requisites that all clients will need to take prior to viewing one of our properties. This ensures the safety of both the client and our staff during the COVID-19 outbreak. 

We are monitoring the guidelines from the health authorities and are maintaining strict hygiene and cleaning standards at our office and during any property inspections. 

Our properties are still for sale but due to government regulation will no longer be hosting public open inspections, however, you can still view our properties by appointment – just contact us and we will make the arrangements. 

There are a few requirements we need you to follow prior to enquiring about an inspection time. This will help to ensure everyone’s safety. 

We invite you to enquire about a property if you meet the following requirements: 

•  Are you financially ready and do you have pre-approval? 

• Do you have a strong interest in the property? 

• Have you been to the suburb and viewed the property from the street? 
  
  

If the following pre-requisites have been met we may offer you a private inspection. 

As the health and safety of our staff is a priority the BNH team is working remotely but are still available to you. We are embracing software tools such as FaceTime, Skype, Whatsapp for face to face meetings where needed. 

For buyers and sellers alike, we are encouraging our vendors and landlords to allow us to conduct virtual tours of the property. Furthermore, we are suggesting private 1v1 inspections to protect all parties involved and require a 1.5-meter distance to be kept at all times. 

We look forward to continuing to provide our community with real estate advice and assistance over the weeks and months ahead. We hope you all stay safe and healthy through this period and that together, our nation bounces back to health and prosperity as soon as possible.
